TJ Consulting & Inspections offers Commercial and Residential Home Inspections in Sherwood Park, Edmonton, St. Albert, and surrounding areas. We inspect industrial, retail, multifamily, office buildings, single family homes, duplexes, condominiums, townhouses, and acreages. Each of our inspections include a thorough review of the physical condition of the home including the structure, exterior, windows & doors, interior, and all mechanical systems in the home. We also offer pre-listing inspections for sellers who wish to be aware of any pre-existing conditions that can be repaired prior to putting the home on the market.

We utilize thermal imaging, moisture meters, infrared thermometers, electrical testers, drones and various other specialized tools to help provide you with detailed information about the home. We provide a comprehensive written report that documents all of the observed conditions along with pictures and descriptions giving you accurate information about the current condition of the home.
